- 1 small handful fresh basil (chopped/torn)
Instructions
- Trim and season the pork tenderloin; slice into 1-inch rounds and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet; sear the pork until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove pork and prepare the sauce with flour and minced garlic; whisk in white wine or broth and reduce.
- Add cream, tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, and crushed red pepper; simmer until thickened.
- Stir in parmesan and basil; then, return the pork to the skillet and coat in sauce.
