Description

This Nachos Supreme brings irresistible flavor with a mix of seasoned ground beef, warm nacho cheese, and fresh toppings. Ideal for a quick dinner or a fun snack to share with family and friends!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 ounce packet taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 26-32 restaurant-style tortillas chips
  • 1/2-1/3 cup refried beans
  • 1 1/2 cups nacho cheese or queso cheese dip jarred or homemade
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons green onions


Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water, then let simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Keep warm.
  3. Heat refried beans in a saucepan or microwave until smooth.
  4. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large plate or shallow bowl. Spoon warm refried beans over chips, followed by adding seasoned ground beef.
  5. Drizzle nacho cheese sauce over the beef and beans mixture.
  6. Top with a dollop of sour cream, diced tomatoes, and finish with green onions.

Notes

For extra kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce on top before serving.
