Ingredients

  • 1½ cup ice, as needed to fill the glass
  • 12 tbsp sala syrup, adjust to taste
  • 1 cup ice-cold soda water


Instructions

  • Add ice to a glass. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice or ice cubes.
  • Pour in the sala syrup. Add the syrup over the ice and adjust the amount to taste.
  • Top with soda water. Pour in chilled soda water until the glass is nearly full.
