Ingredients
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Butter (melted)
- Powdered sugar (sifted)
- Peanut butter
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Peanut butter (additional)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sifted powdered sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Mix in 1 1/4 cups of creamy peanut butter until fully incorporated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 8×8-inch pan.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with remaining peanut butter in the microwave until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the graham cracker base.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
- Slice and serve at room temperature.
