Description

These No Bake Peanut Butter Bars blend creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate for a quick and delightful dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Butter (melted)
  • Powdered sugar (sifted)
  • Peanut butter
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Peanut butter (additional)


Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sifted powdered sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  • Mix in 1 1/4 cups of creamy peanut butter until fully incorporated.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 8×8-inch pan.
  • Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with remaining peanut butter in the microwave until smooth.
  • Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the graham cracker base.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  • Slice and serve at room temperature.
