Description

This No Bake Strawberry Dessert features a creamy filling atop a sweet graham cracker crust, bursting with fresh strawberry flavor. Perfect for gatherings or as a refreshing treat on warm days, it’s easy to prepare and sure to impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter – melted
  • 2 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs – ¼ cup reserved
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries – hulled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese – softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter – softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • strawberries – sliced, for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press 2 cups into a 9×9-inch pan.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and let cool completely.
  5. Pulse hulled strawberries in a food processor until they are chunky.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and softened butter until smooth.
  7. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until creamy.
  8. Stir 2 tablespoons of the pulsed strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Spread the filling evenly over the cooled crust.
  10. Fold the remaining strawberries into the Cool Whip and spread the mixture on top.
  11. Sprinkle the reserved graham cracker crumbs and arrange sliced strawberries on top.
  12. Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Make sure to cool the crust completely before adding the filling for the best texture.
For a more intense strawberry flavor, use more fresh strawberries in the filling.
Can be made a day ahead to allow the layers to set perfectly.
