- Molasses (2 Tablespoons)
- Egg (1 large)
- Egg yolk (1 large)
- Gala apples (3)
- White cake sprinkles (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cream softened butter until light and fluffy.
- Add granulated and brown sugar; mix until combined.
- Incorporate molasses and blend until absorbed.
- Add eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in dry mixture gradually until just combined.
- Shape dough into balls, flatten, and place on the sheet.

- Chill dough for 5 minutes, then bake for 12-14 minutes.
