This Oreo Peanut Butter Lush dessert features a delightful combination of creamy peanut butter cheesecake and chocolate mousse over a crunchy Oreo crust, making it a decadent and easy-to-make treat for gatherings or family indulgence.

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons instant vanilla or white chocolate pudding mix
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz spreadable cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 small package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (about 30)
Instructions
- Chill the mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer.
- In the bowl, whip the cream on medium speed until it thickens. Add sugar and vanilla, then whip until soft peaks form. Add in the pudding powder and beat until soft peaks form again.
- Transfer whipped cream to a bowl and refrigerate until needed.
- Crush Oreo cookies using a food processor and reserve ½ cup for topping.
- Combine remaining Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 12×7.5 inch pan; chill in the fridge while preparing the next layer.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in peanut butter and powdered sugar until fully combined. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chilled Oreo crust and press in mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
- In a separate bowl, mix chocolate pudding mix, milk, and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until thick. Fold in the remaining whipped cream and spread it over the peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle the top with reserved Oreo crumbs, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
For an easier preparation, you can use store-bought whipped topping instead of making stabilized whipped cream from scratch.
Letting the dessert chill overnight enhances the flavors and texture, making it a must-try option.
