- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (second batch)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (second batch)
- ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract (second batch)
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candy or candy canes
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt semisweet chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat until smooth.
- Mix in peppermint extract, then spread the mixture in the prepared dish.
- In another saucepan, melt white chocolate chips, second condensed milk, and butter over low heat until smooth.
- Add peppermint extract to the white chocolate mixture and spread over the semisweet layer.
- Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy on top, pressing down lightly.
- Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours until set.
