- 24 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 teaspoons coconut oil, divided
- 25 Oreo Cookies, divided
- 24 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peppermint chips
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Crush 10 Oreo cookies and mix them into the melted chocolate. Pour onto the baking sheet and let set for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips with remaining coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
- Crush another 10 Oreo cookies and fold into the white chocolate. Pour over the dark chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos and peppermint chips on top. Allow to set at room temperature until firm.
Notes
Ensure chocolate chips are not overheated to avoid seizing.
For a unique twist, try using flavored Oreos or different toppings like nuts.
