Description

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Basil pesto
  • Cherry or grape tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
