These Raspberry Brownie Bombs are a delightful treat, combining the rich flavor of brownies with fresh raspberries. An easy and fun dessert perfect for any occasion!

- 3 cups crumbled brownies
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 12 raspberries
- 12 ounces semisweet chips
- red melting chocolate or sprinkles for decor
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crumbled brownies and cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into 12 parts, wrapping each around a raspberry to form a ball.
- Arrange the balls on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze the tray for 1 hour to firm the bombs.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each bomb into the melted chocolate, then place them back on the parchment-lined tray.
- If using sprinkles, add them before the chocolate sets.
- For red melting chocolate, melt as before and transfer to a Ziploc bag.
- Drizzle the melted red chocolate over the bombs once melted.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
For a crunchier texture, add crushed nuts to the brownie mixture.
Experiment with different flavor combinations by using white chocolate instead of semisweet.
