Description

These Raspberry White Chocolate Covered Pretzel Sticks offer a perfect blend of sweet and salty. Simple to prepare and irresistible, they’re ideal for parties or snacks!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 pretzel sticks
  • 100 g white chocolate buttons (3.5 oz)
  • 25 g freeze dried raspberries (1 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate buttons and coconut oil in an electric melting pot until smooth, or use a bowl over simmering water or microwave.
  2. Blend freeze dried raspberries into a fine powder using a blender or food processor.
  3. Sift the raspberry powder to remove seeds, then combine it with the melted chocolate.
  4. Dip each pretzel into the chocolate mixture, ensuring a thorough coat.
  5. Place the chocolate-covered pretzels on a tray lined with non-stick paper and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

For a more intense raspberry flavor, use more freeze dried raspberries.
Ensure the chocolate is fully melted to avoid clumping.
