- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup cold buttermilk
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prep a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Combine dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixed.
- Cut in cold butter until it resembles pea-sized pieces.
- Add cheese and buttermilk, pulse until dough clumps together.
- Knead dough gently on a floured surface, then fold and press.
- Cut out biscuits and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 13 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted garlic butter, then serve.
