- Breadcrumbs (⅓ cup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the turkey breast by laying it flat and pounding to an even thickness.
- In a skillet, melt butter, sauté onions until translucent, then add crumbled sausage and cook until browned.
- Remove from heat, stir in sage, salt, pepper, and paprika. Let cool slightly.
- Combine sausage mixture with breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Season turkey breast, spoon stuffing down the center, roll tightly, and secure with kitchen twine.
- Place in a roasting pan, cover with foil, and bake for about 1 hour. Uncover and bake until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
