Description

This Semi Homemade Box Stuffing combines savory sausage, fresh vegetables, and crispy toppings for a comforting dish that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 pound pork sausage
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup white onion (diced)
  • 2 ribs celery (diced)
  • 1 cup carrots (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 (6 ounce) boxes stovetop stuffing
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the sausage, then set aside.
  • Sauté butter, onion, celery, and carrots in the same skillet until tender, then add garlic.
