- 2 cups drippings, from pot, add additional beef broth to make 2 full cups
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 3 tbsp cornstarch, to thicken in 1/4 cup water, or use arrowroot flour for gluten free option
- 1 pinch salt, to taste

Instructions
- Slice the skirt steak in half lengthwise so it fits in a single layer inside the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the top with onion soup mix and pour the beef broth over it.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the steak is tender and easy to slice.
