Description

This Spinach Artichoke Dip features a blend of cream cheese, tangy sour cream, and marinated artichokes, making it a tasty addition to any gathering. Its quick preparation and delicious flavor make it a crowd-pleaser that’s great for sharing at parties or enjoying on game day.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature, cut into cubes)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 14 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)


Instructions

  1. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and garlic powder in a crockpot bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add in the drained artichoke hearts, spinach, and parmesan cheese. Stir to incorporate.
  3. Set the crockpot to low and cook for 2 hours.
  4. After 2 hours, stir the mixture and continue to cook for an additional hour.
  5. Serve hot directly from the crockpot or transfer to a bowl for serving.

Notes

For a thicker dip, reduce the cook time slightly.
Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
This dip can be prepared the day before and reheated before serving.
