- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced strawberries, almond milk, and yogurt.
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly between two containers.
- In another bowl, prepare the cheesecake filling by blending the softened cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add a dollop of the cheesecake filling to each container of oat mixture.
