- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 ½ cups herb stuffing mix
- ¼ cup melted salted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in the bottom of the baking dish and place the Swiss cheese slices on top.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder, then spread the mixture evenly over the chicken and cheese.
- In another medium bowl, combine the herb stuffing mix with melted butter, then spread the stuffing evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the stuffing is golden brown.
