- 1 french baguette, sliced
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

- Dice the tomatoes and onion, placing them in a medium serving bowl.
- Remove the seeds and juice from the tomatoes.
- Add freshly chopped basil, minced garlic, dried oregano, black pepper, and sea salt to the bowl and stir to combine; set aside to marinate.
- Slice the baguette diagonally into bite-sized pieces and lightly brush both sides with extra virgin olive oil.
- Arrange the baguette slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through the baking time.
- Transfer the toasted baguette slices to a serving platter.
- Before serving, drain any excess liquid from the bruschetta mixture.
