Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dijon mustard, and anchovy paste. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer the tomato slices on one slice of bread, then place the other slice on top to form a sandwich.
