Description

This easy and delicious dish combines sweet pumpkin ravioli with tangy goat cheese and aromatic sage, perfect for cozy dinners or quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 9-ounce packs Trader Joe's Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 5-6 leaves fresh sage, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/3 cup Trader Joe's Maple Spiced Nut Mix, finely chopped
  • 4 ounces Goat Cheese, crumbled


Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Melt salted butter in a sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Add finely chopped sage and sauté until crispy.
  • Cook the ravioli in boiling water until they float, about 2 minutes.
  • Transfer ravioli to the sauté pan with sage butter, folding gently to coat.
  • Serve garnished with chopped nuts and crumbled goat cheese.

Notes

Keep an eye on cooking time to avoid mushy ravioli.
For extra flavor, toast the nuts before adding them as a topping.
