Description

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 540 ml canned kidney beans, rinsed (19 oz)
  • 3 cups whole grain macaroni, dry
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  • Cook the ground turkey in a skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add onion, garlic, chili powder, and salt, and cook until onion is soft.
  • Stir in kidney beans, tomato sauce, and broth; simmer to blend flavors.
  • Add macaroni, cover, and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Stir in milk and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
