Description

This Valentine’s Gumdrop Fudge combines the creamy flavor of white chocolate with colorful gumdrops, making it an irresistible treat for celebrations. It’s incredibly easy to prepare and perfect for sharing with loved ones.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1-1/2 cups red and pink gumdrops (dots candy)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9 inch square pan with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, add chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth, avoiding high heat to prevent burning.
  4. Once melted, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the gumdrops until just mixed in.
  5. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth out the top.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
  7. Once chilled, remove the fudge from the pan and slice into bite-sized squares.

Notes

For a festive touch, use different colors of gumdrops for various occasions.
Ensure to keep an eye on the chocolate while melting to prevent overheating.
Cut squares to your preferred size for serving.
