Instructions
- Turn the fudge stripe cookies upside down on a baking sheet.
- Pipe icing onto the flat side of each Hershey’s Kiss to act as glue.
- Press the kisses onto the center of each upside-down cookie.
- Decorate with red icing around the base of the kisses as ribbons.
- Chill the cookies in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
