- 8 ounce crescent dough
- 8 ounces petit jean sliced ham diced
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- ½ onion diced
- ½ bell pepper diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°.
- Unroll the crescent dough and press it into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, ensuring to press the seams together.
- Layer slices of cheese over the crescent dough in a single layer.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese layer evenly.
- Sprinkle the diced onions and half of the bell peppers over the egg mixture.
- Add the diced ham and the remaining bell peppers on top.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is a golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cut into squares.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
Notes
